About the role:

Veteranpoolen works with corporate staffing as well as private clients in the areas of crafts, gardening, and household services, and has a large pool of skilled veterans as performers. Veteranpoolen in Borås is run by an engaged and wonderful entrepreneur along with two employees, one of whom is now going to study, giving you the chance to apply for this fun position.

In this role, there is great scope for personal responsibility, where you will be part of ensuring that both customers and veterans are helped and satisfied. Your focus will be on working with the private customer business where our customers purchase ROT & RUT services. The role is communicative, social, varied, and challenging, where one day is rarely like the other. Customer contact and sales are a significant part of your workday. To thrive in the role, you should be a problem solver and find joy in making customers' everyday lives easier.

In this role, you will:

✅ Match incoming customer inquiries with the right veteran

✅ Be proactive and contact existing customers by phone

✅ Keep the threads – organize and coordinate assignments

✅ Support our veterans with information and materials

✅Recruit new veterans

✅Administer time reports and write quotes

✅ Participate in events and meetings, e.g., fairs, Christmas mingles, and summer parties

About the employment:

The position will be offered at 100%, and you will be employed at the local office in Borås. The office is located at Skaraborgsvägen 21, in a very nice office hotel where we believe and hope you will thrive.
